The Bingous platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Bingous does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. The minimum age requirement of 21 years is a strict eligibility condition for all Bingous accounts, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

If Bingous discovers or has reason to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 21, Bingous will immediately suspend the account, initiate age verification procedures, and if the underage status is confirmed, permanently close the account and delete all associated personal data to the extent permitted by law.
